Our process

  • 1. Initial inquiry

    Tell us what you're thinking. We'll talk through your ideas and budget, answer your questions, and tell you honestly what's possible.

  • 2. Discovery

    First, we'll talk about your home, what matters to you, and your budget. That way we can both see if we're a good fit, and what should happen next.

  • 3. Site visit

    We’ll take measurements, photos, and notes, and look closely at your home’s structure. You’ll get honest feedback about what can stay, what needs reinforcing, and what might need engineering before work begins.

  • 4. Design & planning

    If you’re working with an architect or designer, we’ll review their plans with you and flag any structural or practical considerations early. That way, what’s designed can be built — within your budget and local requirements.

  • 5. Documentation

    As the plans come together, we check them against build methods and budget, so your quote is accurate from the start.

  • 6. Proposal

    You'll get an itemised quote covering materials, labour, engineering and permits, along with a timeline showing what happens at each stage. Every item is reviewed with you, so you know exactly what you're committing to.

  • 7. Contract & build

    Once you approve the proposal, we finalise the contract, confirm your selections and timeline, lodge permits and order materials. Everything is scheduled before work starts.

  • 8. Build & handover

    Dan oversees every build from start to finish. You'll get regular progress photos, a tidy site, and a call before we make any unexpected changes. At handover, we walk through everything with you, fix anything that isn't right, and give you all warranties and certificates before final payment.
