A kitchen or bathroom renovation usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full extension or second storey is typically 4 to 8 months, depending on complexity, council approvals, and engineering. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.

Yes. We manage all planning permits, building permits, and engineering documentation as part of the project. You don't need to chase councils or consultants. We handle it.
