No. Most of our customers come to us with an idea, not a set of plans. Dan will visit the site, talk through what you're hoping to achieve, and give you an honest assessment of what's possible and what it's likely to cost. You don't need to have anything sorted before reaching out.

Every project is different. The scope of work, your home's existing structure, and your choice of finishes all affect the final price. Dan will visit the site and provide a detailed, itemised quote based on what your project actually involves. That way, you know exactly what you're getting before any work starts.

A kitchen or bathroom renovation usually takes 6 to 10 weeks. A full extension or second storey is typically 4 to 8 months, depending on complexity, council approvals, and engineering. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout.

Yes. We manage all planning permits, building permits, and engineering documentation as part of the project. You don't need to chase councils or consultants. We handle it.

We're based in Pakenham and work across Melbourne's outer south-east and eastern suburbs. That includes Pakenham, Officer, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Nar Nar Goon, Bunyip, Clyde and Cardinia, through to Mitcham, Ringwood, Croydon, Vermont and Blackburn. Yes. Dan is involved in every project from the initial site visit through to final handover. You'll always have a direct line to him throughout.

Yes. Jodans is a registered builder (DB-U 21423 | CDB-U 51507), HIA member, and carries structural warranty insurance on all applicable works.
