    We strip bathrooms back to the frame and rebuild them properly. That means correct waterproofing, quality fixtures, and finishes that last. All trades coordinated, no chasing required.

    Opening up a wall, installing a steel beam, and enlarging windows require structural work, which requires engineering and council approval. Jodans has been doing this for 30 years. They know what’s safe, what’s required, and how to do it properly.

    Outdoor spaces built to last and built to standard. Hardwood or composite decking, pergolas, verandahs, and balustrades, all with proper footings and drainage.

    Storm, fire, or flood damage. Defective work from a previous builder. We assess, quote, and repair. We work with insurers or provide independent quotes directly.
